For the convenience of Marketplace 2012 Exhibitors, we have prepared a list of items that will require your attention once you have booked a booth.

You have

  • Read the Rules & Regulations for your Exhibit Space.
  • Booked your hotel accommodations. Visit the Hotel & Travel page for booking deadlines. Note some hotels may sell out before the deadline, early booking is recommended.
  • Ordered extra booth supplies (audio visual, electrical, computer rentals, internet, telephone, furniture, signage, booth cleaning, etc.). Each supplier has different ordering deadlines. (coming soon)
  • Arranged for customs clearance, shipping, transportation, storage, delivery and pick-up of your booth materials. See the official service contractor on the Suppliers page. (coming soon)
  • Completed your company profile for the Marketplace/Sponsor Directory. Profile submissions deadline is April 13, 2012.
  • Discovered exciting Sponsorship Opportunities to increase your visibility at the show.

Booth Rental includes:

  • Complimentary listing on the 2012 Congress website with hot link to your corporate website
  • Standard Booth Space: 10' X 10'
  • 3' high drapes and 8' high back drapes (as per Floorplan)
  • 1 2'x6' skirted display table with 2 chairs - should you wish something different, you must order through Global Convention Services
  • Complimentary coffee in the Exhibits Hall and in the Exhibitor Lounge
  • Power - 750 watts with 2 outlets
  • Wireless Internet
  • Your company description in the Marketplace/Sponsor Directory
  • 2 Congress Opening Reception tickets on Saturday, May 26 (Value of C$70)
  • 2 Marketplace Luncheon Tickets on Sunday, May 27 and Monday, May 28 (Value of C$60)
  • 2 Regional Festivities Tickets for Sunday, May 27 (Value of C$170)
  • 2 Marketplace Reception tickets for Monday, May 28 (Value of C$60)
