Accommodations

A variety of accommodations have been blocked in Halifax at special Congress rates. Delegates are encouraged to book early, as space is limited.

Exhibitor Presentations

There will be NO Exhibitor Presentations at the World Congress 2012.

Carpeting

The Halifax Metro Show Floor is concrete. ACCC is providing the aisle carpeting, and exhibitors who wish to have carpeting at their booth must order through Global Convention Services Ltd. Details to follow in the Exhibitor Manual (mid-December).

Location of Marketplace 2012

Marketplace 2012 is located on the Arena Floor of the Halifax Metro Centre.

Attendee List

Due to Canadian Privacy Laws, ACCC will be listing the attendees with their Name, Title and Organization ONLY. This list will be emailed to confirmed exhibitors twice: once on April 13, 2012, and again on May 11, 2012.

Exhibitor Manual/Show Guide

The Marketplace 2012 Manual will be available soon with all the details about shipping, customs, audiovisual, furniture, etc. All the necessary forms will be available at that time.
