Social Activities - Additional Ticket(s):

When you register for a booth, you can purchase additional tickets for the following Social Activities:

  • Additional tickets to Regional Festivities on Sunday, May 27: C$85
  • Additional tickets to Closing Gala on Tuesday, May 29: C$125

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If an Exhibitor whose application has been processed and accepted wishes to cancel, our policy is as follows:

  • Prior to January 31, 2012: The Organizer will refund the Exhibitor the full amount paid, less a C$150 administration fee
  • Between February 1, 2012 and April 30, 2012: The Organizer will refund the Exhibitor 50% of the full amount paid
  • After April 30, 2012: No refunds will be made

Method of Payment:

Payments for all ACCC events are by credit card only. Please note that registration fees for all ACCC events are GST/HST exempt. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
