  • Best Interest of Show: The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all regulations and rules adopted by ACCC Events Office in the best interest of the Show, and agrees that ACCC Events Office will have the final decision in adopting any rule or regulation deemed necessary, prior to, during and after the Show.
  • Delivery of Space: The ACCC Events Office will not be liable for delivery of space in the event of the building becoming unavailable through, but not limited to, Fire, Acts of God, Public Enemy, Strikes, Civil Disobedience, the Authority of Law or any other cause beyond their control.
  • Assignment of Space: ACCC Events Office shall have the right to change, if necessary, the assignment of space to be occupied by the Exhibitor.
  • Sublet: It is agreed that under no circumstances shall space be sublet without prior written permission. Principal companies must inform ACCC Events Office of all distributors and/or suppliers that will share the same booth space to avoid confusion at registration.
  • Exhibitor Fees: No Exhibitor will be permitted to enter the Show Exhibition area unless all Exhibitors fees have been paid in full.
  • Admission to the Show: The ACCC Events Office reserves the right to refuse admission to the exhibition halls to any visitor, Exhibitor, or Exhibitor's employee considered to be undesirable, or behaving in a manner deemed to be threatening to the professional operation of the show.
  • Admission of Material (Show Days): Only hand-carried materials required during the show may be taken to booths during the show opening hours. No trolley or dolly will be admitted after opening hours.
  • Height & Appearance of Booths: The height of each booth may exceed 8 ft. if not in a restricted height area and only with the permission of ACCC Events Office. N.B. All surfaces and partitions between booths that are exposed to view must be tastefully finished and decorated. Show management reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any booth not conforming to these guidelines. Exceeding the rented space will not be permitted. All articles on display must be contained in the rented spaces. It is strictly forbidden by fire authorities for boxes of any kind to be placed around the booth during the show. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine. No booth may hide or camouflage at any time:
    • Fire equipment
    • Fire alarms
    • Doors
    • Electrical panels
    • Directional signs
  • Noise: Any Sound System, PA System or equipment generating excessive noise is forbidden and will be removed at the Exhibitor's expense.
  • Personnel in Booth: Exhibitors must ensure that the booth is staffed at all times (by sufficient staff) during show hours. Exhibitors are required to wear their name badges during show hours. A maximum of five (5) booth personnel allowed.
  • Signage: Signs must be inside your booth and may be higher than the height of your walls, if authorized – in writing – by ACCC Events Office prior to Move-In day. All suspended signs must be approved by ACCC Events Office and erected at the Exhibitor's expense.
  • Support: Displays must be self-supporting. Nails and screws are not permitted in building floors and walls.
  • Wiring: All wiring of booths or display fixtures must meet the local fire department regulations. This applies to all booth construction and equipment displayed. Be sure these specifications are met before sending your display to the exhibit.
  • Fireproofing: All displays or exhibited materials must be fireproof to conform to Federal, Provincial and City fire laws.
