Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . If a Registrant wishes to cancel his/her registration, our policy is as follows:
- Prior to March 26, 2012: The Organizer will refund the Registrant the full amount paid, less a C$150 administration fee
- Between March 26, 2012 and April 27, 2012: The Organizer will refund the Registrant 50% of the full amount paid
- After April 27, 2012: No refunds will be made

Payments for all ACCC events are by credit card only. Please note that registration fees for all ACCC events are GST/HST exempt. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
