On Sunday May 27, guests of the Congress are invited to the NSCC Waterfront Campus overlooking Halifax Harbour to enjoy the quintessential Maritime gathering – a kitchen party!

A night of great Nova Scotia food and stories – with music compliments of the NSCC music students and local entertainment – this kitchen party will embody the tradition of welcoming newcomers into the comforting circle of family and friends, reflecting the melting pot that is Nova Scotia today – where the fusion of ideas and contributions build supportive and engaged communities.

The setting, NSCC’s Waterfront Campus, is an environmentally friendly building designed with student learning at its core.  Striking modern design, open spaces, amazing views, state-of-the-art technology along with exciting clusters of programs, all add up to a dynamic learning environment that NSCC is happy to share with the world on this special night.
